Self-employed VPAs

You work as a self-employed sole proprietorship on your own account. The work is usually carried out by the home office. Due to limited resources, independent VPAs tend to act for a small circle of customers.

VPA Services

These employ a team of VPAs. Most customers have their personal contact person. This either carries out the tasks or this is assigned to a VPA with appropriate expertise. The advantage of working with VPA agencies for the client is that different specialist competencies are combined in one team. Also, no unpredictable failures have to be feared, since in the absence of a VPA another can step in.

German VPA services

These VPA services operate from Germany with a team of personal assistants. Due to the local wage levels, the hourly rates of these providers are based on providers who rely on VPAs abroad. Here, the client can usually rely on a qualified team of specialists from various fields.

Germany-led VPA services

Although some VPA services are based in Germany, VPAs work for customers from other countries. By outsourcing their tasks to low-wage countries, customers benefit from affordable hourly wages and, due to the sometimes different time zones, tasks can be carried out with a time delay.

Butler Apps

A new trend is called "Butler Apps". Here, the VPA is commissioned by SMS or mobile app with tasks. The user sends his tasks to the assistant, who organizes and mediates the tasks. The people behind the service can process hundreds of tasks per hour thanks to scalable technologies. The customer can have different contact persons.
